RI Puerto Rican Cultural Festival and Parade
Scheduled
The Puerto Rican Cultural Festival and Parade of Rhode Island, inc. invites
local residents and business to the Providence Piers at 200 Allens Avenue
to celebrate the richness of our culture with typical music, food and local
talent. This event will take place on the following dates: July 25th, 26th
and the 27th.
The event schedule:
July 25th (Friday, 6pm - 10pm)
The festival opens at Providence Piers with food, music, entertainment
and Carnival rides.
July 26th (Saturday, 12 noon - 10pm)
The festival continues.
July 27th (Sunday, 10am - 10pm)
The parade steps off in Providence at 10am from the corner of Prairie
Avenue and Broad Street, finishing at Providence Piers. The Festival resumes
there at Noon with entertainment and special appearances by known
performers.
All are invited to join us for 3 days full of entertainment, food and family
fun. The entrance fee is $5.00 for Adults. Children come in free if
they bring a can of food to be donated to the RI food bank. There is a fee
for carnival rides, food and refreshments.
