Charity Calendar Concept Originator
Stacey Caputi created the annual 'Real Rhode Islander' charity calendar contest
as a fun way to raise money for the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource
Foundation through donations, sales of the calendars and corporate
sponsors.
Other Facts:
- 1 of every 8 women will be affected by breast cancer
- 80% of women diagnosed with breast cancer have no family history of the
disease.
