Mission Statement:

To inspire, educate, empower, and minimize the human suffering of dialysis patients and their families through health education, supportive coping mechanisms, testimonials, and the arts; and also to inspire, educate and empower individuals- children and adults, families, communities and churches to prevent and raise awareness of kidney disease, hypertension, and diabetes and to also increase awareness of organ transplantation. This is accomplished through concerts, dramatizations, health education workshops, websites, brochures and support groups.

 

 History:

 Hope Brings Peace is a grassroots faith-based 501(c3) organization that was birthed out of the triumphant story of it’s’ president and CEO, Lady Tania Michael who was a dialysis patient, and after five years of suffering, received a kidney donation from her husband Pastor Horace C. Michael. Lady Tania Michael Ministries hosts annual state of the art concerts and dramatization productions since September of 2003 where thousands of attendees, including dialysis patients and their families have been inspired and empowered since its inception. In addition through health education workshops and written materials many have been educated on disease prevention and awareness and organ transplantation.
